1. Introduction

Welcome to 789wim. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 789wim ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 789wim platform at https://789wim.wine or our mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 789wim platform. Please contact our support team if you require further clarification on any provision in this document.

2. Account Eligibility

Use of the 789wim platform is limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 and above at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently listed on any active self-exclusion register on any recognised gambling platform.
• Not an employee or immediate family member of a 789wim employee or our business partners.
• Be located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gambling activities.

789wim reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that fail to verify eligibility will be suspended until verification is complete, or permanently terminated if found to be ineligible.

3. Registration & KYC Verification

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 789wim. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email, phone number, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all related accounts along with any funds held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. A Know Your Customer (KYC) process will be carried out to verify your identity before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be required include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months).

8. Account Security

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Ensure you fully log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

789wim shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

9. Liability Limits
